Funa Technology introduces solutions for cleanroom particle monitoring and surface contamination detection, helping semiconductor and high-end manufacturing clients establish stable, traceable contamination control systems.
The addition of specialized semiconductor hoses further completes the comprehensive solution—spanning from "contamination monitoring" to "contamination control"—enabling customers to build a more systematic clean manufacturing management system.

ParticleX is a fully upgraded, automated particulate and cleanliness analysis system capable of automatically identifying and classifying impurity particles and metallic inclusions, as well as generating reports that comply with standards such as ISO. It specializes in the analysis of impurities in lithium batteries, inclusions in steel, and automotive cleanliness.
2012
Founded in 2012, Funa Scientific Instruments (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. supplies Phenom (Netherlands) desktop scanning electron microscopes (SEM) to universities, research institutes, government agencies, and enterprises. Featuring industry-leading technology and an 80% market share, the product currently serves over 3,000 users in China.
